Racism and discrimination have no place in our society. It is very important to Sources that we continue to work within local communities, our state, and on a national level to focus on issues of racism, injustice, and inequity.
As an organization committed to the full inclusion and well-being of individuals with disabilities, Sources will also continue to focus efforts on the social causes of inequity and work collaboratively to achieve better outcomes in Black and marginalized communities.
