SOURCES offers a variety of free classes and groups to allow people of all abilities to learn new life skills.
For SPRING 2022, all classes and groups will be hosted virtually through online video conferencing and call-in options for phone.

American Sign Language
SOURCES offers free American Sign Language classes for individuals, family, or professionals interested in learning.

Brain Injury Support Group
In partnership with UAMS, this support group offers opportunities for understanding shared experiences and resources for survivors living with a brain injury, or the caregivers supporting someone who has a brain injury.

Job Club - Employment Skills Training
This group offers support for individuals as they seek employment. The classes include information on how to complete job applications that appeal to employers, as well as interview preparation.

Connecting adults (18 and over) with disabilities to one another to share life experiences and support each other through similar barriers.
